Remedy Behavioral Health is currently hiring a Parttime Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Dothan Alabama. We provide behavioral health management services in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities. The Social Worker will work closely with the psychiatrist and nurse practitioner in the facilities providing the following services to our clients.
- Perform initial assessments, and intakes and prepare documentation
- Assist in formulating a treatment plan designed specifically to the needs of our clients
- Document progress of client as outlined in the treatment plan
- Work closely with facility staff regarding client's needs providing mental health consultation
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Conduct follow-up with clients
- Ensure all services are provided as indicated on the treatment plan
